TDE is an independent Finance Technology advisory practice founded by a former senior Finance Technology leader at two of Asia's most prominent banks. We help banks and financial institutions build, transform, and govern their Finance Technology ecosystems — from ERP strategy and finance data architecture to regulatory reporting systems and programme leadership.

Our advisory is grounded in practitioner experience — not theory. We have built Finance Technology functions from scratch, delivered complex multi-year ERP transformations, governed finance data end-to-end, and managed regulatory compliance across multiple Asian markets.
